Abstract
Our paper explains the classification and functional assessment of agricultural sites by using uniform criteria and indicators. This information could be useful for over-regional comparative assessments of overall soil quality and site-specific sustainable agricultural use of soils. We studied some representative soil profiles in globally important regions of cereal cropping. These regions are Europe, Northern China, Prairie regions of North America, and steppes of Western Siberia and Kazakhstan. Soils were classified acc. to the World Reference Base for Soil Resources (WRB 2006) [1], and their quality was assessed by the method of the Muencheberg Soil Quality Rating (M-SQR) [2]. The majority of sites under study were agricultural research sites. Their management system and crop yield data were well documented. In case of experimental sites on farmers' fields, these data were estimated by the farm manager. The taxonomic soil classification acc. to the WRB 2006 and national soil classification keys allocate names to soils. These names are associated with typical processes and properties but do not provide much information about soil quality and crop yield potentials. The indicator-based M-SQR was practicable and yielded in plausible soil quality scores. Depending on land use intensity and data availability, M-SQR scores can explain about 50-80 % of the crop yield variability. We conclude that this method has potential for the estimation of the overall soil quality and crop yield potentials of small grain cereals, consistently over different scales and regions. The combination of the WRB 2006 with M-SQR scores provides sufficient information about both soil properties/processes and their quality for cereal cropping. This kind of soil characterisation meets the basic conception of V.V. Dokuchaev [3].

Evaluation, an ecological assessment and qualitative grouping of soils which showed that a great part of the pastures in the Kur-Araz lowland of Azerbaijan occupies the land of the average quality (52 scores). Under conduction of the ecology-energetic assessment of the soil landscape complexes the appraisal scales, giving information on the level of differentiated parameters of the ecological environment used.

Abstract
Livery soils of foot-hills have subzero stability of soil structural aggregates to influence of water. Annual agrotechnical treatment in the period of sowing and vegetation of vegetable cultures, destructive properties of watering water result in worsening of structural aggregates of soil, degradation of humus substances, bearing-out of nourishing elements and decline of fertility of livery soils. Research work is sent to the improvement of physical, water-physical, chemical, physical and chemical, biological properties and food mode of soil by the use of the biocarbon got at pyrolysis (400°C) of rice husk, as sorbent and мелиоранта. Results showed that variants with biocoal at tiny irrigation contained considerably anymore moisture, what on control. Bringing of biocarbon in soil saves moisture on all cultures (cucumbers, potato) at the different terms of irrigation. By volume mass of soil of experience areas in spring and summer at tiny and спринклерном irrigation have subzero values, to the autumn by volume mass increases, because of process of лессиважа at irrigation. At the dry sifting in the different types of irrigation the most is made by soil aggregates >10 mm. On all variants of experiments of mezoagregates soil more than macro and microagregates. Coefficient of structuralness of the aggregate state of soils on the variants of tiny irrigation with biocarbon -excellent. A variant with bringing of biocarbon differs in enhanceable maintenance of humus. Soils are poorly provided with a nitric feed, provided with potassium. The biometric measuring of vegetable cultures showed the best results on variants with biocarbon.

Abstract
The influence of different crop short-term rotations and main systems of tillage on agro processing properties of light-chestnut bogharic soils. Established that the sidereal rotation system with using subsoil tillage with depth 20-22 cm provides more optimal conditions on compaction (1,16-1,20 g/cm3) and grain-grass rotation without processing give more optimal conditions of struetural state of 0-30 cm lower of studied soils compared.

Abstract
The selected key points were laid soil sections with a description of the morphogenetic properties of soil oil-polluted soil and unspoiled natural landscapes. On the site oil-slime on loamy breed with artificial oil pollution and soils, natural landscapes of the oil-contaminated due to spills were laid field experiments on the subj ect of the destruction of oil products in natural conditions under the influence of ameliorants. The experiments included agronomic techniques of the processing of ground (loamy breed) and the soil, application of mineral fertilizers (N, P), the use of ameliorants - rice husks and bentonite clay. Were defined the field of humidity and the volumetric mass of soil and soil, humus content, nutrients, water extractor hood on the subject of salinization. The soils are characterized by low moisture content, high density. High humus content in oil-contaminated soils is explained by the organic composition of the oil. Zonal soils, subjected to degradation processes, characterized by a low content of humus, elements of power, saline, sum of salts is si. Type of salinity sulphate, chloride-sulphate on anionic composition, on the cationic composition of calcium and sodium-calcium.

In this article content of humus total and mobile forms of major nutrients: nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the new and old irrigated typical gray soilsofthe river basin Kashkadarya are studied and defined their reserves in half-meter layer of soil. Revealed that the new and old irrigated serozems differ among themselves on providing nutrients that must be considered when applying fertilizers.

In the article reports about of the research results in 2011-2013 yy. period in Anapa-Taman area for testing the growth-stimulating effects of domestic preparation KH-2 (akpinol-a) for growing grape seedlings technical kind Aligote grafted onto rootstock Kober 5BB with using field method. As control a well-regarded red wax company NORSK WAX used to improve the quality of callus and the full development of the scion. Found that use of the preparation KH-2 (akpinol-a) at the concentration of 1 in the process of growing grafted planting material in step stratification waxing grafted cuttings, not only increases the yield of grafted seedlings of seed plot by 9.6 %, but also increases the profitability production to 157.1 %, which is 31.3 % higher than in the control embodiment.

Abstract
The physics of anthropogenic transformed soils with different types in the Karaarna and East Kokarna oil field are presented in the paper. During petropollution occur a weighting of soil texture due to the dispersion of fine fractions which contribute to increase a bulk density and decrease soil porosity. As well as soil clayization occurs and soil moisture will change. The coastal meadow-boggy solonchakous soils have a high moisture reserve and low moisture reserve contained in the coastal primitive solonchakous soils.
