Abstract
In work characteristic forms of transformation of desert soils are considered at technogenic influence, regularity of changes of their morphogenetic signs and properties. Studying of the revealed regularities allowed to define the direction of processes of natural restoration of the broken soils in time and depending on extent of violation.

Abstract
In the most common strawberry cv. «Elsanta», Verticillium infection can led to rapid and strong wilt up to death of plants. It is known, that a death plant can be stand as a direct neighbour to complete vital ones, wilt symptoms can differ per year. 432 genotypes of Verticillium dahliae Kleb. from wilted and vital plants were isolated from 8 fields and typed by PCR-fingerprints. Under sterile conditions in a climate chamber plants were inoculated by a single genotype, using 2 7 genotypes out of the 432. Plant reactions were different in relation to the genotype with very low deviation per genotype. Wilt symptoms of these genotypes can be classified as apathogenic, mild and strong pathogenic. Under enhanced temperature of a second climate chamber, symptoms are useable to classify genotypes further as pathogenic under cold or warm conditions. A mixture of different climate-depended pathogenic genotypes was tested in a plot experiment resulting in vital plants with enhanced growth. From these data we conclude that the actual population in the plant is the main factor for wilt symptoms, the mixture of genotypes is the key for interpreting different symptom classes. Mixture of different genotypes can be used to control wilt symptoms for different climate regions (WO 2007/051654).

Abstract
Aim of the study about water erosion and surface runoff on light chestnut soils is the development of an agro-landscape map in a scale of 1:25.000 on the basis of natural units and natural boundaries by using GIS combining digital and field data in the study area of the foothills of the Hi Alatau, located in the administrative district of Zhambyl and Karasay / Kasakhstan. The study includes the erosive processes determined by snowmelt and rain depending on slopes (on the southern and northern slope exposition). We determined the magnitude level of the runoff coefficient, the rate of soil erosion (in t/ha) and include a specialized GIS assessment of the study area to map the rate. The results also differentiate the water erosion resistance of the soils.
