Abstract
The degree of different soil types salinization, chemizm of their salinization due to their cation-anion composition under oilchemical contamination have been determined. The reaction of soil suspensions in soils, containing mazut and bitumen, becomes alkaline. pH value increases up to 9,0-9,3 and higher. pH shift, relative to corresponding to zonal soils, is in the interval of 1,5-2,0 units.

Abstract
In work results of modeling experience by definition of meliorative efficiency of elementary sulfur of Atyrausky oil refining factory on the soda-saline soils are stated. It is established that 3-4 monthly incubation of sulfur in optimum hydrothermal soil conditions (temperature 23°C, humidity of 21 %) results to transition of 20-32 % of the brought sulfur in sulfuric acid. It allows considering as its most comprehensible ameliorant for the soda-saline soils.

Abstract
Researches the conducted rotined on liveries light soils of North Kazakhstan, that chemical composition and bearing-out of elements of nutrient from soil and fertilizers in a great deal concerned not only by the biological features of chickpea but also such as are gydrotermyc terms of years, terms of mineral nutrient of plants maintenance and correlation of elements of nutrient in soil, kind, form and amount top-dressed. By virtue of it expenses of elements of feed on forming of unit of products, similarly as coefficient use from soil and coefficient use from fertilizers very dynamic, varies in times and that is why can not be basis at determination of necessity of cultures in the fertilizers in the conditions of North Kazakhstan by the unsteady and insufficient moistening.

Abstract
As objects of research field experiences with mineral and organic fertilizers, spent in sierozem and takyr like soil conditions of Turkmenistan are in use. Theoretical and practical bases about various degrees of provision of new irrigated soils by elements - nitrate nitrogen, mobile phosphorus, exchange potassium and humus content are presented. System of complex application of doses and correlation of mineral and organic fertilizers at cultivation of fine-fibered growth of cotton on industrial technology for cotton sowing etraps of Turkmenistan, 33 - 40 centner/hectares of raw cotton providing reception is described. It is established optimum doses and correlations of mineral and organic fertilizers under fine-fibered growth of cotton taking into account agroecological soils indicators for physiological processes in new irrigated light sierozem and takyr like soils of Kopetdag foothills plain. For the first time connection between agrochemical properties of soils, crop yield and efficiency of fertilizers in industrial conditions is revealed.
