Бұл мақалада Түркістан облысының Отырар ауданы мысал ретінде Оңтүстік Қазақстанның құрғақ аи мағындағы жаи ылым экожүи елерінің жағдаи ы мен жұмыс істеуі бои ынша қазіргі зерттеулерге шолу жасалған. Онда аи мақтың табиғи-климаттық сипаттамалары, құрғақшылық пен климаттың өзгеруінің жаи ылым фитоценоздарының құрылымына, олардың өнімділігіне және биоәртүрлілігіне әсері қарастырылды. Жаи ылым экожүи елерінің тұрақтылығына әсер ететін негізгі факторлар, соның ішінде су режимі, топырақтың тұздылығы, органикалық көміртегі мөлшері, топырақ микробиомының жағдаи ы және антропогендік жүктеме талданды. Өсімдіктерді геоботаникалық бағалаудың заманауи әдістеріне, проекциялық жамылғыны, өнімділікті және биоәртүрлілік көрсеткіштерін анықтауға, сондаи -ақ жаи ылым жағдаи ын бағалау үшін геоақпараттық жүи елерді, қашықтықтан зондтауды және спутниктік мониторингті паи далануға ерекше назар аударылды. Табиғи алюмосиликаттар, гуминді заттар, ақуыз гидролизаты және микробалдырлар Chlorella vulgaris негізіндегі органоминералды тыңаи тқыштарды паи далану арқылы деградацияланған жаи ылымдарды қалпына келтіру перспективалары туралы деректер қорытындыланды. Геоботаникалық, топырақ-экологиялық және цифрлық зерттеу әдістерін біріктіретін кешенді тәсіл жаи ылым экожүи елерінің тұрақтылығын арттыруға, биоәртүрлілікті сақтауға және құрғақ аумақтарда табиғи жемшөп ресурстарын ұтымды паи далануға ықпал ететіні көрсетілді.
