Abstract
The article deals with the information about the complex agromeliorative measures with the purpose of Learning the Water-salt regime on the basis of the balance observations, determining their influence on productivity of the agricultural plants and rising the soils fertility. It was determined that desaltation process was weak, but productivity reduced 25-30 % depending on salt quantity.

Abstract
The influence of manure and humic drug-adaptogen on soil fertility, growth and development of fodder culture of white clover "Arkas" was studied. The application of manure in combination with the humic drug-adaptogen PA 2-1 significantly increased soil moisture up to 18,28 %, and water-holding capacity up to 1271,34 m3/ha. The dynamics of nutritional elements is connected with the biological peculiarity of the culture of the of white varieties "Arkas". The best growth and development of the melilotus was noted the background of manure when processing clover seeds with a 2 % solution of PA 2-1, where the yield of green weight was 622,3 c/ha, hay - 161,7 c/ha.

Abstract
This article presents the results of studies of the effect of humic fertilizer on the yield of soya bean in the Almaty region. It is shown that humic fertilizer, to varying degrees, have a positive impact on the dynamics of the main nutrient elements of soil and nutrients in the plant and on the value of the crop of green mass of soya beans. The studies research that ordinary gray soils depending on humic fertilizer a crop of soya beans varies from 26 - 47 kg/ha.

Abstract
The information of some chemical and physical peculiarities in the meadow - serozem soils from south Mugan has been presented. The consequences of the researches show that physical peculiarity of soil are characterized by the different indices depending on relief and plant cover.

Abstract
The bioindicative role of the soil nematodes based on their belonging to certain taxa. The article presents quantitative and qualitative analysis of soil nematodes complex under zero and minimum soil treatment. The indicators of condition and functions of the soil ecosystem, obtained by analysis of the complex of nematodes. It based on indices of free-living and parasitic nematodes.

Abstract
A study of the change in the content of mobile forms of phosphorus in chernozems of ordinary heavy loams under the influence of prolonged exposure to anthropogenic factors was made. Comparative evaluation of agrochemical parameters of two soil profiles is given: plowing and virgin soil. On plowing, there was a decline in the level of soil availability with mobile forms of phosphorus, especially in the upper layers. At the same time, the content of mobile forms of phosphorus in the soil is greatly reduced under technogenic contamination with heavy metals, with which phosphorus forms poorly soluble salts. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the content in these soils of mobile forms of phosphorus, for the determination of which it is necessary to apply standard techniques. A financial mechanism for solving the problem of improving the phosphorus nutrition of plant crop.

Abstract
The seasonal changes in the level of groundwater under forest cultures of pedunculate oak (Quercus robur L.) in different types of soils of the Caspian depression was investigated. To the article data are driven about mineralization, himizm of solination of subsoil waters on territory of Dzhanybek research station. The possibility of creating plantations with sustainably the hydrological regime in the meadow-chestnut soils, caused by consumption of only that part of the water that is normally lost in the underground drainage had shown. The studies found that the ground water mineralization has increased in recent years and is at a critical level. The level of groundwater in the growing season is located at a depth of 4.3-5.8 m from the surface. There are suggested ways of creation of sustainable agroforest meliorative complexes and forest prick-lies on that territory, characterized by longevity due to optimal snow mass distribution and optimal use of ground waters from fresh water lenses of local topography depressions. The perspectives of investigations of soil waters in semi desert ecosystems in conditions of climate changes and changes in agricultural use of semi desert lands were marked.

Abstract
The article observes meliorative state of irrigated lands in regions of Central Asia and Southern Kazakhstan . Strategic program to deal with the deficit of water resources for the development of the national economy is given: elaboration of measures providing improvement of quality of water in rivers, increasing soil productivity in terms of water supply deficit; use of information technologies; common usage of the experience of leading specialists causing increase in level of soil fertility, designing and operating of hydro - reclamation system for efficiency of agriculture production. The key directions for solving ameliorative problems of Central Asia and Southern Kazakhstan are presented. of Central Asia are presented.
