АКТИВНОСТЬ ДЕГИДРОГЕНАЗЫ В МАКРОАГРЕГАТАХ ЛЕСНОЙ ПОЧВЫ НА РАЗЛИЧНЫХ ЭЛЕМЕНТАХ ЛАНДШАФТА
Аннотация
Основная цель исследовании заключалась в определении изменения активности дегидрогеназы в зависимости от макроагрегатного состава и элементов рельефа на лесных почвах. Исследование проводилось в Коджада, город Самсун, Турция. Пробы почвы были отобраны в пяти точках исследуемого ландшафта, т. е. вершина, склон, откос 1, откос 2 и подножье склона. Методом сухого просеивания почвы были разделены на шесть фракции, в которых была определена активность дегидрогеназы. Исследования показали, что рельеф влияет на содержание макроагрегатнои фракции и активность дегидрогеназы в агрегатах. Во всех образцах почв исследуемого участка, содержание макроагрегатов, во фракциях > 6,3 мм и 2,00-4,75 мм было более высокое, чем в других фракциях. Наиболее высокои активностью дегидрогеназы обладают почвы подножии склонов. Во всех участках, за исключением склона, активность дегидрогеназы была более высокои в макроагрегатах фракции <1 мм, чем в других фракциях.
