Однако определение остатков глифосата очень проблематично, особенно в почвах с высоким содержанием органического вещества, где обычно наблюдаются сильные помехи, из-за особых физико-химических характеристик этого полярного/ионного гербицида. В даннои статье мы улучшили методологию аналитического определения высокоэффективнои жидкои хроматографии с помощью УФ-детектирования широко распространенного гербицида глифосата, используемых на больших площадях для сои или кукурузы, в том числе и среди других культур в предгорьях Юго-Восточного Казахстана. Определение глифосата по разработанному методу можно рассматривать как простои, быстрыи, эффективныи и чувствительныи метод для рутинного анализа этого соединения в пробах почвы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The determination of glyphosate in soils is of great interest due to the widespread use of this herbicide and the need of assessing its impact on the soil. However, its residue determination is very problematic especially in soils with high organic matter content, where strong interferences are normally observed, and because of the particular physico-chemical characteristics of this polar/ionic herbicide. In this article, we improved the methodology for the analytical determination of high performance liquid chromatography using UV detectors of the widespread glyphosate herbicide used in large areas for soy or corn, including among other crops in the foothills of South -East Kazakhstan.
