<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This study evaluates the effects of organo-mineral fertilization systems combined with biological preparations on the productivity and soil microbiological indicators of Golden Delicious apple trees in southeastern Kazakhstan. Using a randomized block design, six fertili-zation variants— including organic, bioorganic, and mineral treatments - were applied to irrigated light brown soils with low organic matter content. Results demonstrated that treatments with biohumus and BioSok Energy Plus significantly increased yields (39–64%,) sugar content (0.5–1.9%), dry matter (0.8–1.5%), and fruit shelf life compared to controls. Additionally, these treat-ments enhanced the abundance of beneficial soil microorganisms, indicating improved soil biological activity and structure. The findings suggest that integrating organic and bioorganic fertilizers with mineral nutrition promotes sustainable orchard productivity by boosting soil fertility and microbiocenosis, thereby supporting long-term soil health and sustainable horticultural practices in arid regions.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>органические удобрения</kwd><kwd>биопрепараты</kwd><kwd>микроорганизмы</kwd><kwd>каштановые почвы</kwd><kwd>сорт «Голден Делишес»</kwd><kwd>урожайность</kwd><kwd>качество плодов</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>organic fertilizers</kwd><kwd>biopreparations</kwd><kwd>microorganisms</kwd><kwd>chestnut soils</kwd><kwd>Golden Delicious</kwd><kwd>yield</kwd><kwd>fruit quality</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group xml:lang="ru"><funding-statement>The work was carried out within the framework of the target scientific and technical program on the topic (IRN BR10764907) "Development of organic agriculture technologies for the cultivation, digitalization and export of agricultural crops taking into account regional characteristics”.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Alhassan Y.A., Haruna Y., Firdausi S.K., Muhammad M.A. Economics of bio-based fertilizer in improving crop productivity through extension services delivery // International Journal of Agriculture and Plant Science. – 2019. – Vol. 1. – P. 10–13.</mixed-citation><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Alhassan Y.A., Haruna Y., Firdausi S.K., Muhammad M.A. Economics of bio-based fertilizer in improving crop productivity through extension services delivery // International Journal of Agriculture and Plant Science. – 2019. – Vol. 1. – P. 10–13.</mixed-citation></citation-alternatives></ref><ref id="cit2"><label>2</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Ye L., Zhao X., Bao E. et al.
